Lámh Dhearg C.L.G Fight Night
'BASH AT THE BALMORAL '
In order to aid in our club's development plans, many county ,club and even some non Gaa men have graciously and bravely decided to don the gloves and compete in our eagerly anticipated fight night. The event will take place on Friday the 12th November at the Balmoral Hotel, Belfast, and promises to provide us all with some never to be forgotten memories(Doors open 7.30pm). Men have signed up from as far away as Derry, Craigbane and Omagh whilst many local players will enter the ring to settle some old grudges and scores from the hurling and football fields!!
Tickets are selling extremely fast and are priced £12.50. They are available from all the boxers and may be purchased from the clubrooms at weekends. Donations will also be made on the evening to the Cormac Trust as well as the Bronagh Wilson Trust. Legendary 'Sky Sports' announcer Harry McGavog will be MC for the evening and special guests include legends of the ring Jim McCourt and Brian Magee.
